A graduate from the Ecole Hotelier de Lausanne, Gian began his career with The Peninsula Hotels as a Corporate Management Trainee at The Peninsula Hong Kong. With the opening of The Peninsula Shanghai in 2009, Gian was seconded to Shanghai for four months with the F&B division to assist with the pre-opening of the hotel. During his 18 months as a Corporate Management Trainee, Gian underwent his training in the F&B division, Rooms division, Sales & Marketing division and the Executive Office. Upon completion of the programme, Gian was promoted to the position of Assistant Manager, F&B.

A graduate from the YMCA International Hotel School in Tokyo, Yuki was selected to join The Peninsula Ambassador Programme when it was launched in 2006. He underwent an intensive 10 months’ training at The Peninsula Hong Kong and The Peninsula Bangkok, in order to assimilate with the Peninsula culture and gain a greater understanding of our service standards. Upon completion of the training, Yuki joined The Peninsula Tokyo as a member of the pre-opening task force. He later went on to become a team leader for the Peter Restaurant and was promoted to be Assistant Manager of Peter. In 2010, Yuki transferred to The Peninsula New York as Assistant F&B Manager. He is currently at The Peninsula Chicago as Assistant Outlet Manager where he transferred in early 2011.

May joined the Company in 2001 as Director, Marketing & Promotions of the Peak Complex. In 2007, she was promoted to the position of Deputy General Manager of the Peak Complex and in 2009, she was promoted again to become the General Manager of the Peak Complex, which covers The Peak Tower, The Peak Tram and St John’s Building. In 2011, May was awarded the 2011 SKAL Women in Business Award for Business Leader.
