    When HSH’s flagship hotel property – The Peninsula Hong Kong – was opened in 1928, the limit of the Company’s ambition was to create the “finest hotel east of Suez”. Its establishment eventually formed the core of and set the benchmark for what would become an internationally lauded brand.
