​​Implementation Road Map 2013 - 2020

Since 2013, we have laid strong foundations for Vision 2020 with a well-developed governance process for overseeing progress. As we move forward on our implementation roadmap, we will continue to develop new ways of engaging staff through local Vision 2020 plans, sharing best practice examples and developing an engagement plan focused on supporting implementation throughout all HSH operations.
