I joined HSH as a fresh graduate in 2014 and my career trajectory accelerated incredibly quickly. In just ten years, I have been promoted five times within the Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability (CRS) function. Today, I am proud to say that I lead the CRS team. I am honoured to represent the company as a speaker at prestigious industry events as well as present CRS initiatives at Board meetings. 

I enjoy challenging our colleagues to think differently, and my team is afforded the opportunity to initiate group-wide projects that really make a difference. The CRS team that I lead is focused on always doing the right thing for our people, our Company and the planet. I have been instrumental in the development and implementation of the group’s sustainability strategy, Sustainable Luxury Vision 2030, as well as a focus on leading charitable initiatives and community support.

My fast-track career is a testament to perseverance, willingness to adapt, and taking a pragmatic yet forward-thinking approach. With passion, hard work, and a supportive environment like HSH, you can achieve your dreams and make a significant impact.

When I first joined the company in 2003 as an Assistant Manager in Business Development, I had no idea the journey would be so exhilarating. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working on and leading numerous projects, including finding and developing The Peninsula London, The Peninsula Istanbul, The Peninsula Shanghai and The Peninsula Paris. From the bustling streets of Shanghai to the historic avenues of Paris, each project presented unique challenges and opportunities. One of my proudest achievements has been the development of The Peninsula London Residences, an exceptional piece of real estate in the heart of London. 

In 2020, I was promoted to General Manager of Business Development, whereby in 2024, I was elevated to Chief Property Development Officer and joined the Group Management Board. This new role allows me to oversee even more ambitious projects and the overall responsibility for the commercial properties of the group, including iconic assets, The Repulse Bay and The Peak Complex in Hong Kong, The Landmark in Vietnam and 21 avenue Kléber in Paris.

What I love most about my job is the incredible variety of projects and the superb locations I get to visit. But more than that, it's the people and work variety that has made the past two decades so rewarding. The most frequent question I receive is, "Where is the next Peninsula going to be?" While I can't reveal all our plans, I can say that the future holds exciting possibilities. 

I joined The Peninsula in 2014 as a Management Trainee, arriving at The Peninsula Paris during one of the most special moments in its history - the hotel’s grand opening. From day one, I felt part of something exceptional. The exposure, the standards, and the people all confirmed that I was exactly where I wanted to build my career.

A year later, driven by curiosity and a desire to grow, I returned to the Peninsula family through the Corporate Management Training programme at The Peninsula Chicago. The programme challenged me, broadened my perspective, and gave me the confidence to take on bigger responsibilities in a truly international environment. My journey then took me to Hong Kong, where I joined the Front Desk team at the brand’s flagship hotel. Working there was intense, inspiring, and transformative. It pushed me to elevate my leadership skills in one of the most dynamic hospitality markets in the world. After spending time gaining additional experience beyond The Peninsula, I realised how strong my connection to the brand truly was.

Coming back to The Peninsula, and especially to Paris, where it all began - felt like coming home. Today, I am proud to lead the Rooms Division as Director of Rooms at The Peninsula Paris.
